Free ice cream for ¼«ËÙÁùºÏ²Ê research units

¼«ËÙÁùºÏ²Ê Chancellor Dan White and Vice Chancellor for Research Nettie La Belle-Hamer will be handing out free ice cream outside of the Elvey Building from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 29. All ¼«ËÙÁùºÏ²Ê researchers, students, and staff are invited to come enjoy some ice cream and socialize.

This event is to thank ¼«ËÙÁùºÏ²Ê research units for their hard work this year. On top of producing world class research, meeting ¼«ËÙÁùºÏ²Ê's research expenditure goal two years early, and helping ¼«ËÙÁùºÏ²Ê get one step closer to our goal of R1 research, ¼«ËÙÁùºÏ²Ê researchers and staff also built relationships with the Fairbanks community through events such as the Arctic Research Open House, Board of Regents Research Showcase, and more.
