Please use this form to submit a request for any routine work needed from the ¼«ËÙÁùºÏ²Ê Facilities Services (light switch broken, door sticking, etc). This request will by processed by the IAB Business Office, then forwarded to the ¼«ËÙÁùºÏ²Ê Facilities Services. If you have questions or problems with the request, please email uaf-iab-workorders@alaska.edu.

If you wish to modify a space, add a wall or door, please contact uaf-iab-workorders@alaska.edu with a brief description of the facility modification so IAB can start the ¼«ËÙÁùºÏ²Ê FAC-MOD process.
